1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LightBox (also listed as "LightBox - Selfie & Fill Light" on the App Store, the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Shenzhen Boundless Stream Cultural Tech Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

LightBox is a fill light utility app that uses your device's screen and/or flashlight to provide lighting. The App also includes a Selfie Fill Light mode that combines front-camera preview with screen-powered fill lighting for taking photos. Photos are stored locally in an app-private gallery and can optionally be saved to the system photo library. The App offers free features and premium Pro features available through subscription.

3. Subscriptions

LightBox Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Renews automatically every month.
• Yearly Subscription: Renews automatically every year.

Subscription terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after the free trial period ends.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Restrictions

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures of the App.
• Resell, rent, or transfer your access to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and design are our property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No part of the App may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

Note: Prolonged use of screen fill light at maximum brightness may cause device heating. Please use responsibly.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
