Contact:support@boundlessstream.com — please include your Confluence site URL, the app version and a description of what you expected versus what happened.
Submit a service request
Email support@boundlessstream.com — this link pre-fills the subject so your request is not lost in a spam folder. To help us answer on the first reply, please include:
your Confluence site URL (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net);
the app version (shown in the app and in Confluence → Manage apps);
what you expected and what happened instead;
for findings questions: the space key, the principal and the rule you are asking about.
Installation and first-run problems, including scopes or permissions issues.
Findings you believe are wrong or missing — please tell us the space key, the principal and the rule, so we can check the same data you see.
Export problems, including attachment uploads to your chosen page.
Security reports (see the Security Statement for the disclosure policy).
Feature requests — we read all of them and prioritise by customer impact.
How we handle requests
Support is provided by the team that builds the app, in English and Chinese. Requests are triaged by impact: problems that block your use of the app are handled first, then incorrect results, then questions and feature requests. We would rather answer properly than answer fast, so we do not publish response-time commitments.
Paid Marketplace subscriptions are supported for the duration of the subscription. We also answer questions from evaluators before purchase.
What is not covered
Confluence administration advice outside this app — for example how to configure anonymous access. The app tells you which items need manual review, but the change itself is yours to make in Confluence.
Support for Confluence Cloud itself; please raise those with Atlassian Support.
Custom development, on-site training or bespoke rule engines. Enterprise customers who need custom rules are welcome to contact us to discuss options.
Service status
The app runs entirely on Atlassian's platform, so its availability follows your Confluence Cloud availability. There is no separate service to monitor and no maintenance window we control; issues caused by the Atlassian platform are outside our support scope.
Before you write
Check the documentation, especially the section on what the app cannot detect.
Re-run the scan: the app shows progress and per-space errors on screen, which usually explains the problem immediately.
Note your app version — it appears in the app's screen and in Confluence → Manage apps.
